Security audits may be incomplete, pending, or non-existent
Testing may be limited or inadequate
Bugs and vulnerabilities likely exist
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES

3.2 Smart Contract Risks

BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. Once you interact with the EndGame smart contracts:

Transactions cannot be undone
Tokens cannot be recovered if sent to wrong addresses
Bugs cannot be patched without redeployment
Exploits may drain funds permanently
WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT RECOVER LOST FUNDS

4. GAMBLING AND REGULATORY RISKS

Loss of tokens, cryptocurrency, or fiat currency
Business interruption or opportunity costs
Any other commercial or economic loss
Physical, mental, or emotional harm
